WINDSURF Lessons
Welcome to our Windsurfing lesson program. As a Windsurfer you never stop learning – therefore a professional Windsurfing Lesson Program is the pride of every proper Windsurfing School around the world.
At the ION CLUB, all our windsurf instructors hold an international teaching certificate from the VDWS, RYA or similar organisations. They all speak several languages, have a great lot of teaching experience and most important are absolutely passionate about windsurfing and sharing that passion with others.
BEGINNER SECTION – for all of you who like to start Windsurfing
INTERMEDIATE SECTION – for those who like to use shorter Boards and start planing
ADVANCED SECTION – for the ones who like to learn a special maneuver, or a new discipline.
BEGINNER COURSES
DISCOVERY
For all of you who never tried windsurfing before. During this 6 hour group lesson, you will learn the very basics of Windsurfing.
GROUP LESSONS

FULL COURSE
For all of you who are serious about learning how to windsurf. You will learn from the very basics up to riding and doing turns on a windsurf daggerboard.

REFRESH
During this course, we will pick up on the things you remember from your windsurf beginner course, refresh your knowledge and your skills, and make sure you feel safe and comfortable on the water.

intermediate COURSES
PROGRESSION
You’ve done some Windsurfing before, but still consider yourself rather a beginner. During this 6 hours group lessons , we will pick up on the Basic skills you already have and teach you how to windsurf faster, turn quicker and sail more effortlessly.

WATERSTART
You’ve got your basics dialled in and are able to safely sail on a beginner board in easy conditions. During this course, we take you to the next level. You will learn how to handle more wind and smaller Boards. Waterstarting, using the Footstraps and Harness will be the topics of these courses.

ADVANCED COURSES
CARVE JIBE
Maybe the most practised Windsurfing Maneuver of all times and definitely an important milestone in everybody’s Windsurfing Career. During our Carve Jibe Trainings the Instructor will pick up on wherever you currently are and help you to get better and finally master the Carve Jibe.

WAVE RIDING
In this course, you will learn how to ride your first waves windsurfing.
