All of the kitesurfing clients are also under the supervision of our team ensuring safety on the spot. The safety team is ready at all times to manage rescues with their rescue boat.

KITES BOARDS & KITE RANGE
As one of our kite rental guests you can use all standard kites and boards available out of the DUOTONE range.
Change your kite size or model as often as you like and find your favorite combination each day you kite.
We have a wide selection of standard kites and twintips boards, as well as wetsuits, harnesses and more.
We renew our stock regularly and we always have some of the latest equipment available. So come and ride with us, no need to carry your equipment and you will be able try the latest toys at our station.
D-Lab or SLS range and Strapless boards available in some of our centers at extra cost (under Premium or D-Lab rental, check out the available Addons).
Requirements
A Kitesurf license is required to rent Equipment. VDWS min. Level 5 or IKO 3K. If no License existing we need to do a Level Check up

Die Lo Stagnone Lagune, gelegen zwischen Trapani und Marsala und umgeben von der „Isola Grande“-Insel, ist ein wahres Paradies für Wassersportbegeisterte. Dieser beeindruckende Spot in Sizilien, Italien, bietet flaches, seichtes Wasser, das sowohl ideal für Anfänger zum Lernen als auch für Freestyler zum Ausführen von Tricks ist. Mit einer Länge von etwa 7 Kilometern und einer Breite von 3 Kilometern zählt Lo Stagnone zu den größten seichten Lagunen Europas. Die Tiefe nimmt nur im südlichen Bereich zu, was perfekte Bedingungen für Kitesurfen, Windsurfen und Wing Foiling bietet.

WIND
Lo Stagnone Lagoon sees about 300 windy days a year, with peak season from May to September/October, driven by thermal winds. Winds mainly come from northwest (Mistral), northeast (Grecale), and southeast (Scirocco), ranging from 14-20 knots. Summer temperatures average 30°C air and 23-25°C water, with winds strengthening in the afternoon.
WAVES
Lo Stagnone is a flat spot with shallow water, waves can only be found an hour south, with the right forecast.
HOW TO GET TO LO STAGNONE ?
The easiest way to travel to Stagnone lagoon is by plane: Trapani (TPS) airport sits 7 minutes from the spot. Else, Palermo (PMO) airport is 1 hour and a half from the spot (organized transfers are available). If you are travelling with a car or campervan, you can easily drive to Naples and then hop on a ferry to Palermo (10 hours, leaving in the evening and arriving early morning).
